- Person who posted the TikTok has since deleted their account amid backlash
The Metropolitan Police are investigating a disturbing social media trend after a group of young men stormed into a random home without consent before a panicked father pleaded with them to leave.
One TikTok user, who has since deleted his account, received widespread backlash on social media after posting a video of himself entering a family home uninvited with a group of friends.
The video begins with him and two other friends posing to the camera, saying: ‘Walking into random houses, let’s go.’
In since deleted footage, the group then walk through a black gate, ignoring a woman in the front garden before letting themselves into the stunning London home.
Despite the woman shouting, ‘Excuse me what are you doing?’, the teens walk through the ajar door as the woman nervously calls to the other person inside the home.

Visibly anxious from the intrusion, she shouts: ‘Come to the front door right now’, all the while as the group advance into the property.
Appearing to mock the woman, they then imitate her by calling for the man downstairs while filming a tour of the house.
As the father makes his way up the stairs, leaving his toddler downstairs, the group continues to intimidate the homeowners by walking around their house without invitation.
One of them asks the man, ‘Is this where the study group is?’ before they walk into different rooms, filming the inside of the home and even lying down on the sofas.
The group of three then only leave the property when the man says that he has children – who can be heard calling for their parents in the background of the video.
This is not the first time the group have posted videos of themselves intruding onto various properties.
In the past, they have posted videos entering a Jewish family’s home, while they have also targeted schools and prohibited areas of supermarkets.
Several social media users condemned the latest video, with one posting: ‘Na he’s taking it way too far! Senseless.’
The Metropolitan Police said they were aware of footage circulation online and are investigating
Another added: ‘So disrespectful there’s a kid in the house.’ A third said: ‘This is not funny.’
While a fourth commented: ‘I don’t know what’s worse… what he did or that he thought this would be a good idea for views? Sillyness’.
The Met Police said they were aware of the videos on social media but had not received an official report.
They have called on the public to come forward if they have information which could help their investigation.
A spokesman for the Met Police said: ‘The MPS are aware of footage circulating on social media, however have not received any related reports at this time.
‘Officers are conducting enquiries to establish the location and those involved.
‘They are keen to speak to anyone with any information. Please contact police on 101 or via @MetCC.’
