City were crowned champions on Saturday following Nottingham Forest‘s victory over Arsenal, but had to wait 24 hours until they could properly celebrate due to their own game against Chelsea on Sunday.
After beating the Blues 1-0 and lifting the trophy in front of their fans at the Etihad Stadium, the players and their partners headed over to the private club MNKY HSE in Manchester to party into the early hours.
Haaland and Johansen stood out from the crowd as they sported matching pyjamas, with the Norwegian striker smiling for the cameras after a stunning campaign that has seen him score 36 league goals to break the record for the number of goals scored in a single Premier League season.
Club captain Ilkay Gundogan also attended the celebrations alongside his wife, with the German midfielder opting to go for a casual look as he wore a black jacket with a plain white T-shirt.
