Tamzin Outhwaite says she has finally learned to accept herself at the age of 52.
The former EastEnders actress revealed she embarked on a health overhaul after hitting menopause and at last feels comfortable in her own skin.
Speaking to The Sun she said: ‘I’m now at a stage in my life where I have become really comfortable in my own skin and really like myself,’
And despite being ‘realistic’ about her body after reaching the menopause, she revealed that she was in the best shape of her life.
It comes after Tamsin marked 10 years since her ex-husband and father of her children Lucifer actor Tom Ellis ‘walked out on us’ before claiming she was still uncovering ‘more infidelities and lies that he committed’.

She then went on to say that ditching alcohol amid her health kick was a ‘new lease of life’.
‘I know exactly who I am, what I’m doing and I’m confident physically and mentally with that.’
She then went on to discuss her relationship of five years with personal trainer Tom Child, 32.
She admitted that the 20-year age gap wasn’t an issue and that him having no desire to have his own children also makes this less complicated.
‘There’s no pressure, we are not getting married so we have a lovely time. There is no clock ticking, which is very liberating.’
They met at a yoga class in 2017. He now lives with the star and her two daughters, and she has previously described him as ‘the best’ stepdad to the girls.
Tamzin and ex-husband Tom, 44, married in 2006 and went on to have two children; Florence, 15, and Marnie, 10, before splitting in 2013.
The marriage is understood to have ended after he confessed to an affair with Australian actress Emilie de Ravin, best known for her role as Claire Littleton in Lost, while they worked together on US TV show Once Upon A Time in 2013.

Tamzin had been introduced to Tom in 2005 by his old friend, the actor James McAvoy, who was appearing on stage with the actress.
After nine years of marriage, they were granted a quick divorce in 2014 – leaving Tamzin heartbroken.

The actress said she didn’t want to reveal the precise details of their troubles for fear of hurting their kids.
She added: ‘I will tell them exactly what happened and it will come from me. He’s still their dad and they still have a relationship.’
Tom has since made a name for himself in the US, playing the devil incarnate in TV drama series Lucifer.
